Helping your people make smarter food choices and incorporating mindset practices will not only help them to undo years of unhelpful conditioning and unhealthy habits, it will also provide them with the wellbeing tools they need to visualise the healthy life they aspire to live and to set this in motion.

Natural food is nature’s medicine to enhance body and mind when used in a balanced way. Sadly, chemicals are now added that often have the opposite effect.
Our workshops tackle absenteeism, presenteeism, lateness and staff attrition due to reduced focus and motivation; and poor physical and mental health caused by an unhealthy diet.
Our focus on a healthy mindset also improves mood, enhancing concentration and problem-solving enabling staff to engage better with colleagues and customers, as well as master their confidence for speaking at important events.
Our Expertise
Our minds are programmed with information it receives throughout our lives. Some of it creates an inaccurate attitude to unhealthy food and negative thoughts that make us feel unable to bring about positive change.
Using cognitive principles, and performance mindset tools, we will help your team to shift behaviours in tandem with providing them with nutritional knowledge and healthy recipe suggestions to help them thrive.
About Edel
After 45 antibiotics in 15 years, The Wholefood Hero, Edel Owens dumped the meds and transformed her life through gut health and mindset. She now empowers others to do the same!
Edel works with businesses and organisations who have their finger on the pulse of team nutrition, culture and engagement and who are ready to move the mindset dial to optimise employee health and performance.
